It was a fraction of the price of any of the hotels in the area and it served as a great place to shower and rest on a work trip. Water was hot, fridge was cold. "The condition of the property’s parking lot was extremely disappointing. It appears to be undergoing construction, but there is no clear organization or guidance on where to park. Even the designated IHG member spaces were chaotic and difficult to access. Upon arrival, it took several minutes for anyone at the front desk to acknowledge me—despite the clear sound of me saying “excuse me.” The front desk associate was visibly occupied watching something on her phone in the back room. I could see her easily, so I’m unsure why she didn’t notice me sooner. When I entered my room, I immediately saw multiple stink bugs—on the headboard, ceiling, window curtains, and various other places throughout the room. I spent a good portion of the evening killing them before finally trying to sleep, but even then I ended up covering my head with the comforter just to feel comfortable enough to rest. Before that, I also found ants in both the shower and the sink. Pest issues can happen, but this level of infestation suggests the room had not been properly inspected for some time. While the room appeared “clean” at first glance, it was evident that any cleanliness had long since faded. The so‑called renovations looked more like temporary patchwork done with whatever materials were within reach, rather than proper repairs. Breakfast was another disappointment. "I was woken up at little past midnight to being bitten by a bed bug. I informed the front desk immediately. The man at the counter was apologetic but could not help me in other way except to offer to place my clothes in a dryer. I left immediately!! Had to find another hotel in the middle of the night in Kentucky. It was a horrible experience!"

"Way, way, way, over priced for a fishing camp hotel. Price gouging at its best! Terrible location, congested bad. If the price would have been $75.00 a night I would be a little nicer. Sorry not $335 a night because of a concert in town."
