"Ac was not working in the first room, moved to another room and smelt like cigarettes, third room was ok. Pool was not available for use"

The shower was missing pieces from the tub and the plumbing was coming apart had to sleep with a leak since I couldn’t turn it off. Pillows smelled like if someone slept there before and they just did the bef with the same sheets."

"Room 606.. the water drained very slow out of the sink. The shower diverted was hard to torn & when water was coming out of the shower head it was also coming out of the tub filler. I have stayed in other Hampton inns . The bed was ok but pretty stiff. It needs a softer topper"
