Hotel dekat Phoenix Premium Outlets

"Nothing special considering the price"

"We where disappointed with staff . Tried to see if we can have late check out and how can we do it night staff was telling us how he doesn’t know and couldn’t help . We only got that person who could help us isn’t there until 11 but that was too late for"

"I had to wait 3 hours to get checked in to a room, then when I get in the room the sheets had holes and stains (they changed them upon request). The beds are extremely hard with terrible sagging and you feel like you are sleeping on a sheet of plywood. I will NOT be coming back to this hotel unless they get new mattresses."

"Rooms are nice but you can hear those staying next to you. Very close rooms. Morning food was ok nothing fancy but just enough. Don't bother the person maintaining the food area they are too busy to help you. Easy access to the freeway and safe stay."

"Great place enjoyed our stay"

"I love the 2 bedroom apartment, they have everything incase you want to cook. The breakfast is okay but no much choices, you dont get a daily room service but can get towel refil if you request, it not bad for me that dont like waste. I dont like the fact that have to pay for parking. They charge per night."

"The room was clean and the area was quiet. The staff was very friendly as well"

"The airport shuttle service"

"Overall, the room was quite large and comfortable. It was clean and well-appointed. Had one issue we noted that the staff immediate rectified. All of the staff that we encountered were extremely pleasant and friendly. Will stay again when needing a place in the area."

"I arrived early and a very nice room was available. Was given vouchers for drinks and made to feel very welcome. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower was excellent. Enjoyed the restaurant. Will return next time in Tempe."

"La chambre etait propre et la pression présente sous la douche, la chambre était dépendante un peu sombre pour nous. La proximité avec le centre commercial était appréciable"
