"Great stay for the short time frame"

"Early check-in was an extra fee but really easy and that was fantastic for us. My wife and I were spending the night after long jet lag of getting back into town from Sky Harbor airport on our way back to Tucson. So being able to shower and take a nap at noon instead of waiting until the usual 3:00 p.m. was fantastic. The staff were also very friendly at this location. This was our second time staying at this specific hotel and both times have been a positive experience."

"The room was clean and the staff was helpful. Plenty of parking around the building. Breakfast and coffee was available on site but extremely expensive. Coffee was provided in the room, it was not keurig type of coffee pot (I brought extra pods from home), and the coffee provided was not good quality. I'm a coffee snob. My only issue is that I made this reservation in February and found out a few weeks ago that the training I was suppose to attend was cancelled. I tried to move (not cancel) my reservation to another property up north and the property would not work with me. I told them I was even willing to pay the difference if it was allowed. They would not budge."

"The staff was excellent especially the young woman who checked me in. She was very helpful. Even though I had to switch my room 3 times (because the furniture was frayed, or the electronics didn't work correctly or the bath tubs were pealing!) Also I found a used fork in the refrigerator in my first room. The light switch had a crack in it (be careful so you aren't charged for it) the toilet had like a stain that was kind of rough and wouldn't come off. The first rooms tub was also stained and the faucet kept dripping. After finally finding a halfway decent room, the tub was still stained. Two of the outlets didn't work, the remote didn't function properly and there may have been bed bugs! The staff did their best but they don't control the rooms and functions within them. Aria was helpful as well, welcoming kind and as helpful as she could be. The breakfast was a bit of a let down, no meat breakfast options if you don't eat pork. Also their eggs looked like a fried egg pancake? Overall I would try to find another hotel if you can! If not just be mindful and check the beds and sheets for bed bug marks! Again the staff (those two women specifically) made the stay there worth it!"

"I booked a stay at this hotel went to the casino wild horse pass had a bad experience there my wallet was stolen so I had no iD# to now check inn tried calling numerous times no answer just a busy signal. Still calling its been 4 days and still can't reach anyone no manager no customer service I BOOKED THREW HOTELS.COM THEY COULDN'T EVEN REACH ANYONE."
