"The room was extremely clean. When arrival, the staff was friendly, professional and warm. The next day, we ordered breakfast and the food was amazing and most of all, presentable!"

"Self service check in, impersonal. Not my preference, but ok if you don’t mind technology. Don’t expect a valet or concierge. The rooms also require the use of an iPad which controls the lights, blinds,tv, air as well as asking for your room to be made up( they do t do it if you don’t ask). The rooms are tiny, like cruise ship tiny. The staff at the bar was friendly and willing to answer any questions. Location is great if you’re going to Fenway or love to shop."

"Great location and easy to walk to the Boston Common and beyond. Staff was very nice! They have food and beverage cards that could be used in the bar, which was great customer service! The rooftop bar was unavailable both nights due to private parties, so that was too bad for hotel guests. Rooms had noise cancelling machines which was helpful for any street noise (and because it was a World Cup weekend, it came in handy!) Bed was a little hard, but room was super cute! Great view!"
