The hotel itself is luxurious, but what really sets it apart is the staff. Kate went above and beyond to make my wife and me feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay. That kind of personal hospitality is rare and memorable. We had a wonderful experience and can’t recommend the Omni Boston Seaport, and especially Kate Casey, highly enough."
