Staff were friendly & helpful. Room was a good size, clean & comfortable, had everything we needed, tv, tea/coffee making facilities, free WiFi, ensuite. Location was good, we were happy with our 2 night stay.

Hotel looked lovely on pictures.. Tired looking on entrance..rooms were very large clean and tidy. Air conditioning was definitely a bonus

We booked the twin room (2 adults and 2 under 2 years) the room was clean large and with two king beds. The room had air con (but no fridge) cooked breakfast is by order (full English with veg sausage options) uncooked cereals, drinks, fruits is buffet style. The hotel has all the basics on point and the staff are great.

The property was spot on, nice exteriors and the room was enough for 1 person , and although my room's view was one of the roof but it gave a nice vibe of privacy and i was not mad at all

Very good. We stayed a couple of nights in a deluxe room, very well decorated. Comfortable bed. Hot tub in the bathroom. Very clean. Kind staff. We will book again this hotel. Recommended

Okay but not great !

Mattresses need to be changed, breakfast service not great and all seemed quote short staffed. Have to pay for parking so add that into the cost. Very clean and a lot of space in the room.

Great value and a comfortable stay!

The hotel is a great value stay with air con in the rooms, a large tv, decent shower and plenty of sockets including USB ports beside the bed. There is a restaurant attached that provides a nice breakfast too. The price cannot be beaten especially when you consider the Holiday Inn Express is nearby and almost twice the price!! 24hr parking is £7.40 with RinGo and very easy to arrange. Although there are limited parking spaces, especially on a Wednesday night, there is another RinGo car park over the road. Access is easy from the A63 and St Stephen’s is a 3 minute walk away.

Convenient for public transport

Lonely staff who catered for request pf a room that was in a quiet location add with blackout curtains. The building is beautiful-a former technical college - kept several of the original features. Very reasonably priced parking a few minutes walk away (across the road) though there is parking around the back which is a little bit more expensive. Close to the central railway station and bus terminal - can cut through St Stephen's shopping centre otherwise a bit of a walk around which would have to so when the shopping centre is closed.

Easy Check in and Free Breakfast.

Check in was very Easy. And the receptionist was very helpful . Easy to find from Hull Railway station.I went though the St Stephen Shopping centre and out the other end down the path and hotel is just across the road. Nice room with nice bathroom. TV and could get the red button on the BBC. Breakfast was free and I was not expecting much but was great Choice of cerials, Fruit juice. You have to fill in a small slip for cooked breakfast one sausage one bacon, mushrooms, black pudding, tomatoes, beans. Breakfast came from the kitchen and was hot horray. Not under infa red lights where it is mostly cold in other hotels. Only one coffee machine. Toast and Crumpets, Crossiants, danish pastry's, muffins. Hotel nice and clean there is no lift. but stairs were quite good. so i would stay here again.

Great Stay

It really was a great stay with a warm welcome from David, a massive room with a kingsize bed that was super comfy and very clean. The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble for them. I only had one problem and that was that the shower was too hot due to the thermostat having broken, I reported it late at night and it was fixed by half past eight the following morning. All in all a great stay and I would most definately stay again, due to other committments I only managed to eat at the restaurant once and opted for the Mexican burger that came with a very generous helping of onion rings, chunky chips and salad, I am a big eater but just could not manage it all.

If you are after a comfortable stay with excellent room facilities then the Park Hotel is an excellent choice. On arrival the receptionist, Nicola, was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are minimally decorated but the furniture and fittings are first-class. The bed and bedding was great and I’d say that it was one of the most comfortable nights sleep I’ve had! I was staying for a reunion in town so it was only the accommodation I required. There are no catering facilities but there is a massive shopping centre only 2 mins walk away with lots of choice. All-in-all excellent value for money that I will definitely use again and I highly recommend.

Convenient hotel for the main shopping part of Hul

Sited in really good location for St Stephen's shopping centre (best shopping centre in Hull with lots of leisure activities, including cinema, eateries and shops), Hull Truck Theatre and a reasonable walk from the train station. Lovely to see the former technical college being remodelled as a hotel and apartments: Big airy spaces and original features including sash windows (secondary glazing has been fitted so nice and quiet!). I've lowered my rating due to one of the bedside lights not having a bulb in it and the light over the bathroom sink not working - latter was really missed as the fan came on with the light and was very noisy so not great in the middle of the night; could have done with more (bath) towels considering the room was a double). Cheap parking across the road at £4 for 24 hours with more than one day at a time using RingoGo app.
