"部屋があまり広くないのは仕方ないこととして、身の回り品や着替えなど、物を置く場所がない。 立地条件はよい。回りに多くのレストランがある。 スタッフの対応は丁寧だった。"

"Overall is ok, but one of the receptionists is not helpful."

"Toilet in my room was not functioning and water hot n cold functiion not there..too hot. Gv feedback to staff who seemed uninterested."

"The location is definitely one of the best in the area. There are food, leisures and entertainment available just by walking distance. The view directly across the street is superb with beautiful views."

"Really lovely and unique little hotel in Ipoh. Loved the chilled Bali vibe (and vast selection of Balinese and Western breakfast choices!) We had the room with outdoor deck and koi pond. You do get mosquitos but can ask for mosquito coils for the outdoor area and for the room to be sprayed while you’re out, so it was all very manageable. "Good location near oldtown"

"Room is spacious, public area is very clean. Just steps away from bean-spouts chicken and lots of bakery/gifts shops!"

"sangat menyenangkan. hotel nyaman, dan staff yang ramah dan helpful. makanan juga enak dan nyaman. sangat direkomendasikan jika ingin berlibur bersama keluarga yang ingin bersenang-senang di ipoh"

"There is a Aeon Mall & Supermarket in 5 mins walking distance; that is the best point of the hotel. Limited hotel car park hence I have to park outside hotel which is chargeable. The staff is friendly and helpful."

"Gothic in the tropics. Very moody and atmospheric styling. Plus; outside my room there is a great looking statue of a whale shark! Bonus :) Room is very clean. Breakfast buffet is great and clean! Staff are super friendly and helpful. One area that can be better cleaned is the fitness center. It’s fabulous that it is 24hrs available, but here is a tip: Add some disposable alcohol wipes and this will make the experience better and 5 stars!"

"It is a convenient place if you are looking for a place near pengkalan. There is a coin laundry at the block behind and also a mamak restaurant. You can also find Zus coffee and Family mart there too. Aeon section 18 is just 5 min drive away. It is about 15 min to town center. The room and bed is clean and comfy. perfect if you are looking for a simple overnight stat without all the fuss"
