"This is a fantastic hotel, the staff were amazing and very responsive to all our requests. RJs rooftop bar is outstanding with awesome views of the city and Naim one of the bar tenders was outstanding and added to the relaxed and enjoyable environment. Breakfast with Mr Kenneth in charge made for a great start to the day with a huge variety of food and prompt service. We were on the 26th floor again with a great city views and spacious room. "Cleaned rooms and facilities. Small and not a whole lot of activity options. A bit far from everything, but if you’re looking to relax it’s the right place."

"This hotel is beautiful. Near the mall walking distance and they have a shuttle to & from absolute plus. Staff very helpful . The hotel is so big they have listed times for the best breakfast time. Because it can get busy . The options are endless and delicious."

"Citidel is also part of the grup hotel that is located at mid valley (st giles boulevard and the garden) and is standard of 3 star hotel, but maybe at corridor of the floor seems like they doesn’t turn on the ac so it’s pretty hot. But you don’t need to buy water because you can refill it at the machine like st giles boulevard. Overall is still good, maybe try to change the pillow because the condition is not really good anymore."
