Everything was as listed. Our host communicated well and was always available for questions and gave responses quickly. The place was clean and well maintained. The property was quiet, and the people in the area were very friendly. We would definitely recommend!

Palmas Del Mar is a beautiful community filled with kind people. It was pleasant to be within walking distance from a variety of places to eat. That said, the room was mid tier quality- I stayed there for 5 days and the WiFi worked a handful of times throughout. The shower must’ve produced an 1 hr of warm water across the overall total 5 days!!! Freezing cold showers eventually took away from the relaxation of being on vacation. Worst of all for me, were the falsely advertised laundry and pool. That picture of the pool on Expedia? Doesn’t exist. You’ll have to factor in paying a day pass to another resort to use theirs if you want a pool. And then when being charged twice for a cleaning fee for having dirty laundry! Laundry that I would’ve happily washed if there were the advertised washer and dryer. Beautiful town but stay somewhere else

Unfortunately, the apt was very outdated with furniture way passed its useful use.Bathroom needs to be gutted and kitchen cabinets fell off when I attempted to open them.Your Expedia photos are not what they are renting. Instructions are confusing and with 20+ pools among the other properties within the Palmas del Mar resort, I had the only place with no pool access. I'm sure management could have made a little effort to make one available. Who goes to a tropical island, at a resort with no pool. Its sad because the location is beautiful. So sad!

It’s just as nice as it looks, some fans are broken and the shower can’t control temp but those are minor considering you are in PR with access to pool and hot tub. The beach was fine definitely has some seaweed but swimmable just need to check the seaweed forecast and you can find clear water. The fitness center lets you in for 25 bucks to use gym, pickle ball tennis etc. can’t use the tapas bar pool without membership but that’s fine same with Wyndham but there is plenty to do and see, good golf too, and horses ! Overall well worth the price to get away from Boston In the winter. Also wifi worked great for teams calls

This was my first time booking a non-hotel property. Was not happy on how restrictive check in time was and very stressed if I would receive the code at 3:00 p.m. as promised. Also, there were food items left in the cabinet near the fridge, so cleaning staff needs to check everything. Curtains or at least blinds should be placed on the sliding door to the balcony. A screen should be installed in the bathroom window so I will not get bitten by mosquitos throughout the night. So, in conclusion, will stick to booking hotels in the future.

The condo was nice. It was cute and decorated very nice. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Nice refrigerator with ice maker and water. Kitchen had a lot of plates utensils pots pans coffee maker microwave. The AC worked in all rooms except for Masterbedroom. But once I mentioned it to them they did what they could to fix it. For some reason my husband and I couldn’t get hot water in the master bathroom shower . But there was hot water in all other rooms. It was great to have a washer and dryer to be able to wash before packing. If I had any questions they were quick to reply which is always nice. I am used to having some amenities when I book a condo. PMI provides shampoo conditioner and soap in bathrooms. We also had soap and sponge. Paper towels in the kitchen. It was nice to have been provided with pool towels, coolers, lounge chairs, bbq grills, dominoes and domino table. It was a very nice place to stay with my family.

The apartment itself was beautiful, but we had no internet, the pool was closed the whole time we were there, the Expedia ad doesn't tell you that you don’t have access to the beach. We went through a hotel entrance to access the beach and were asked to leave because we weren't guests of that hotel, also the EXPEDIA ad doesn't tell you that the KING size room is on the 3rd floor.. this info should be disclosed ahead of time. I have a Spinal injury and was basically confined to my room, i had to consistently leave to Starbucks to use the internet and complete my work. The overall stay was unpleasant and extremely stressful. Wouldn’t come back ..

Very outdated. Needs renovation. Difficult checkin. Tele entry didn't work. Parking is across the street and need beeper. Didn't share check-in instructions til 3pm with name of building and entry instructions. Bugs in the unit, false advertising. None of the 149 photos shown was of the actual property. Beach was only rocks and no pool.

I did not like anything about this property. Number one false advertisement. The pictures presently are not what you will get. After you send the cleaning deposit you will receive pictures of a room. One room bad air conditioning, smells horrible and couldn’t even get in through gate. Difficult to find. I stood one night out of eight days. That should say it all.

This property was absolutely outstanding! The home itself has such amazing history and character, which made my stay even more special. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. A special thank you to Nathalie; she was incredibly responsive, provided prompt replies, and answered all of my questions and concerns right away. Her hospitality made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable and worry-free stay.

We encounter the apartment fitly, full of vermin. We have to spend hours cleaning the whole apartment so we could sleep. The next day we complained to management. They decided to enter the apartment While we were out without our knowledge or consent. Later they inform us that the apartment was clean of curse t was after we spend hours cleaning the night before. After we communicate our discontent for them entering the apartment without our knowledge/consent they completely ghost us. On top of that they charge $200 for maintenance on top of the initial $100 we have to pay for the same purposes before we check in. We leave the apartment in a better condition/cleanness that when we arrived. To my surprise to see The $200 dollar charge to my credit card again without any type of communication an agreement on our part.
