"We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and in a nice, safe area. The train station is only about a 10 minute walk away, which made it really convenient for getting around Madrid.
The breakfast was excellent, but what stood out most was the staff. Everyone was genuinely kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. Paloma at the front desk was especially wonderful, very friendly, helpful, and provided excellent customer service.

"I have used Ibis hotels very often in the past 10 yrs. The rooms tend to be like small dorm rooms but you tolerate that because they tend to be in a convenient location, tend to be clean and above all they USED to be a good value. We used them again this trip as the location was key to our day trips we had planned.
