"I came into Houston on a Thursday for an outpatient surgery and needed a place to stay with my husband until our follow up visit on Monday. The code they provided was wrong, and thankfully I was able to get a hold of someone at the property management company and they provided a new code. The WiFi information was also not correct, and they never got back to me on that, so we used our iPads as hot spots to try to work on our computers. "This people have water that smells like poop. Sewage water is what they use for water. Remnants of trash, sticky nastiness in drawers, air vents falling off ceilings. Random kids belts found? Candy stuck to floor? Trash wasn’t even taken out. Mind you I have kids that found these things as well. Oh and don’t even try and ask for them to refund you for their disgusting rental. They will give you the run around and then IGNORE YOU. Awful establishment and these people NEED TO BE SHUTDOWN."

Everything from checkin/checkout (super easy!) to reporting previous property damages to staff ( there were marks on the stairs and walls, top of second fl staircase a lose metal rod and toilet tissue holder slightly detached from wall) was top tier.
