"Enjoyed a different part of Ha Noi. Line was very warm & hospitable as host. Furnishings are pretty. Many areas, especially upstairs outdoor lounge were very unclean & needed wiping & sweeping to use, so we didn't, which is unfortunate as the lake view from roof is lovely. I'm not sure how hotels get a particular star rating. We usually stay in 3***hotels and this is not that. Very simple, basic abode, more a rooming house as no one lives there, so not a home as such.
