"There are two components of this homey, small motel, one a beige two story building, the other a green one story. Considering the population of Frazier Park is under 3,000 people, I felt lucky to have gotten with no notice. Their Amnenties make the somewhat ramshackle rooms feel much more comfortable. The TV was top notch. There's several long term residents, & limited parking on the premises, but no shortage of it on the streets surrounding it. Despite its worn appearance & hideous curtains, their phone check in was spot on & they will answer texts quickly. I also appreciate how open they are about dogs staying, because I have an ESA dog. They were super kind & helpful, something that can make a stay feel much less pressured. Fraisr Park is a tiny, pleasant little town. I kind of felt like I was in Walnut Grove (little house on the prairie). There's only a handful of businesses. It's located almost in the middle of town, and close to the restaurants & The Dollar General. The number of rave reviews they got felt slightly suss, like they were written by their friends, but no doubt this is a little gem. Feels more like home than most motels, & that's a nice feeling sometimes. Thanks for looking out for all the little things that make a motel comfortable & cozy. My only complaint is the price. Some Motel 6 motels are far more stylish, with pools, laundry, & decent amenities, but are usualy $30-$75 less expensive than this one is, but for a small town, it's swell."
