"Brown and clear stains on sheets. No warm water. Hair found in towels. Door has been broken down before, and the hinges and security latch were hastily bolted back into the wall, they are not secured. Worst stay I've had anywhere in the US, including other motel 6's, capsule hotels, hostels, etc, across the country."

"Room was expensive. Air conditioner ran all night and was extremely loud and disruptive. There was some kind of strobe on the ceiling (smoke or co alarm) that was super bright. You get coffee in the morning. The only positive was the guys in valet parking who were helpful! Never again, aloft"

"Staff and decor of the Neptune is excellent. Great vibe and cool space. Only rating the stay good, because the beds are very uncomfortable. They have very soft mattresses and pillows with no support. This was the case at the former iteration, The Dean, but we were hoping with the new branding, there would be an upgrade! I wish I could say I would return, because we love every other aspect, but we both slept terribly 2 stays in a row."

"The place almost seemed sketchy from the outside but I was satisfied with everything inside. My room was nice. Despite a few ppl breaking the smoker rule around me hotel management helped me get the smell out of my room . Hallways were pretty clean . My fridge worked great . I was also impressed with the modern washer and dryer as well as the pool . Worth the affordable price . Thank you ."
