"After abruptly leaving my previous reservation out of safety concerns I was pretty distraught about where my family would stay for my son’s Marine Corps boot camp graduation. I was able to secure a room at this establishment, and upon check in was soon comforted, by Tiffany’s professionalism and willingness to not only assure me that we would be taken care of there, but she also went out of her way to secure lodging for other family I had coming in, who also had booked at the previous location. Tiffany also checked on me periodically throughout our stay. Our room was clean, spacious and secure and I was able to relax and enjoy every moment celebrating my son’s accomplishments. Thank you for a wonderful stay, and a special thank you to Tiffany for your warmth and your hospitality. "

"My reservation was canceled because the hotel had room repairs to make. I was told when I got there that they booked me at two other hotels instead, but neither had my reservation. I ended up getting a new reservation on my own at a different hotel and now I’m fighting to get refunded for a stay I didn’t even have. This is the worst online booking company you can use. Stay away!!!! "

"Had a great experience with Simply Rewards inn. The whole process was smooth, professional, and easy! They really take the time to make sure you understand everything and actually care about & helping me get the most out ofof my stay Communication was on point, to the young lady that check me this Morning and everything was handled in a timely manner. "Unfortunately the elevators were not working and my husband and I had to lug heavy suitcases up 20 steps to our second-floor room. In the past we have been able to stay on the first floor, but in spite of our advance reservation and request for a first-floor room, we were given the second floor. I am sure our next visit to this hotel in early November will be much better."

"Some construction adjacent to property. Staff was excellent with directions and dining suggestions. EV chargers were unable to connect to my vehicle…not sure hotel has anything to do with that issue."

"We’ve stayed here many times in the past, but this was the first time since Covid. It’s still a beautiful hotel and they said by next summer, they will have even more amenities. The staff is always wonderful. This year, I noticed paint peeling, faded furniture, stains on carpet, etc. Seems like they’re overdue for some touchups, but hopefully that’s all included with their updates they’re expecting by next summer. The only dissatisfaction I had was the loud DJ during the day. It was impossible to sit on the balcony and relax. Even with the door balcony door closed, it was too loud to relax or watch tv without being able to hear it. We were on 3rd floor on the far opposite side of where the DJ was. Can’t imagine how challenging it was for guests that were even closer. They did turn it down a bit when asked, but it was blaring from I think 10am-4pm, which is a long time to not be able to enjoy the room. The first day we went to the beach to get away from it. The background music is nice by the pool, just way too loud. The live music in the evening was at a much better volume and more calm, so we could barely hear on balcony and couldn’t hear it with glass door closed. Otherwise, as always, we loved our stay. I’m sure we’ll be back again. It’s still one of our favorite hotels."

"This particular home 2 charges $75 per pet, verses the other home2’s I’ve stayed at, only charges $50 per pet per stay. My shower gel bottle was empty so I’m glad I brought my own! Sucks being in a shower and finding that out! "

"We haven’t stayed at this property in 20 years and decided to give it a shot. Beautiful beach and pool, central location on island with pb courts. Best description is that it is just very tired. At check in, the main wall at front desk likely hasn’t been painted in years with dirt marks across it. Our condo was in b building 3rd floor. Not terrible, basically clean but with peeling wallpaper, couch needed cleaning, crown molding with no caulking. Good for quick weekend away but don’t expect much."
