"Was placed in 2 rooms. First room had a broken mirror and red stuff on the carpets. The next room had what looked like chocolate all over the blind, on the window sill and inside a trash can in the bathroom. The front desk person Celia?, was very nice and did what she could to help us. "

"If I pay $75 extra for a room to have my pet there I expect the rug to be clean. There were several stains on the carpet from previous pets. Non carpeted floors would be much better. "

"The staff was ... okay. The check-in desk was vacant when we arrived, and although three uniformed staffers were standing within line of sight, none acknowledged our presence or offered help.
