"Room was clean and big. Hotel is only 10 mins walk to most of the landmarks of Cambridge, safe and staff super friendly. "

"The hotel was fine but broken reading light (reported but no action), paper ordered but then forgotten, buggy often late. On first night no information about the buggies - choice between steep steps or so called “ramp”which was a lounge winding and very steep path. With heart condition very difficult. Room in Oakham faced blank wall - should have been warned. Universally nice staff but overall a bit lackadaisical."
