"Tv didn’t work had to get it replaced, the room was extremely dark very run down. Damaged carpet flooring, dirty stained bed pillow cases, windows, walls, tub. Ripped shower curtains. Sink had no stoppers, water doesn’t stop running. No air, circulation in bathrooms. Overall the staff was very nice but the rooms are extremely run down making it a very uncomfortable stay. "

"Very clean and tastefully devorated property. Ample and very clean rooms, great bed/mattress. Extremely quiet on my floor which allowed me get some rest. Staff was courteous and helpful. Good variety of breakfast to choose from in their complimentary breakfast. Plenty of parking. We stayed there to move our daughter and they allowed to park our pickup / uhaul trailer crosswise (3 parking spots). This the nicest of all the Ayers we've stayed in. Will definitely return."

"Remodeled rooms are excellent with comfortable king beds, and excellent bathroom elements. Exterior still in the middle of the property remodel, but have no doubt it will live up to how well they have done on the rooms themselves."

"We stayed 3 nights to end our 1 week trip to orange and enjoyed our stay very much. Great staff, loved the pools, good food right at the resort, close drive to restaurants for dinner, safe, and comfortable. We don’t travel with small children, but it is a great place for kiddos being across the street from the beach, the water slides and pools on property & noticed a kids’ movie night as well. Only issue were the number of chairs saved for folks that weren’t staying on property. That got frustrating when it made it hard to find seats by the pool. We got the room with the fire pit. Super cool, and even came with a small s’mores kit and blankets. Awesome touch! "
