"Perfect"

"Had 4th floor (top) on front of hotel opposite route 81. Room was quiet and clean. Stay away from highway side rooms to avoid highway noise. Basic contenental breakfast was fine. Restaurants and movie theater in same complex. Lots of parking. Would recommend."

"Good price hotel near a few restaurants. Hot breakfast is OK but not great. It is close to I-81 so you'll hear traffic noise during the night if you're a light sleeper. They are beginning to refurbish a few rooms as the bathroom floors and appliances are becoming a little worn. Friendly front desk"

"We will not go here again. Room was dirty. My grandkids feet were dirty from walking around barefoot. Housekeeping didnt do a good job. The coffee tray wasnt cleaned up from last guest. Microwave had food splattered in it. We were on the first floor and the window lock was broken. I put a stick in the window ledge to prevent it from being opened. It didnt have any bugs so that is good."

"I am not sure if they are under new management or something m but there was a lot going on that there was no help with. The pool was broken, the key cards weren’t working. The part that really got me was the room I booked had a pull out bed they had no pillows or bed sets for the pull out. When I went to the desk they were unable to give me any pillows or sheets or anything and said they just ordered them. They did give me a comforter used on a normal bed. The room itself wasn’t bad breakfast...

"First clue to leave should have been the broken AC in the lobby. The woman at the counter was nice enough, but was always hiding in one of the rooms to stay cool. The bed pillows were tiny and the size of a couch throw pillow. The entrance to the rear building had a broken door lock and the hall reeked of mold. The room was semi-clean but it was obvious water damage had been painted over. The TV had to be reset and couldn't access any of the streaming features, and there was no cable or live TV....

"I am a frequent traveler and can say from experience that the room we were given was not up the expectations. Mimslyn is advertised as a quality hotel yet our bathroom was not clean. The shower floor was dirty and we complained to the front desk but we were told they were fully booked and could not move us. The desk clerk made no effort to assist us. The bar food was terrible but the Sunday brunch was worth the cost. That is our only recommendation."

"Room was fine. None of the advertised amenities exist. It’s fine if you’re just passing through like I was. I wouldn’t recommend it. It was definitely a bit of a seedy spot— but I didn’t expect anything else."

"Room was not very clean it needed a very deep clean. I cleaned sink and tub wirh Clorox wipes, they were disgusting after I wiped all down. Also Clorox wiped toilet and floor. Wipes I used on floor were black with dirt when I was done. The morning we were leaving we saw cockroaches in bathroom and in sink! One was crawling over my toiletries bag! When we got to our VRBO rental we emptied everything we had in room out on the porch, shook all our clothing out, wiped down our bags Thankfully VRBO...

"The air conditioning was good, but don’t expect much ice from the ice machine. I barely managed to fill my water bottle. The refrigerator worked well and had a nice freezer. I appreciated grab bars in the bathtub. The beds were comfortable."
