"This is a newer hotel. Has great amenities. During the morning you can see management or corporate staff meeting and tending to the property which is good. But after management is finished the remaining staff hide. Several times we had to knock on the door for assistance to get no answer. We ended up staying an extra night and were over charged. They had agreed to match our Hotels.com rate of $146 and charged my card over $218. Currently disputing the transaction. They lady to extended our stay did so while on a personal phone call. She didn’t ask for payments or quote a rate. The next day we needed our keys updated, that’s when payment was made and we agreed on the total $146 after showing them the Hotels.com all in rate for the day. Upon checking out - again no one was at the desk to accept my keys so I left them on the desk by the phone after waiting 5 minutes. Our room was never cleaned. We had to keep asking for TP and towels during our stay. We checked in on a Thursday and out on Tuesday. Service is seriously lacking."
