"The breakfast was overpriced and the eggs were bland. The only other observation is I had been assured by 3 people there would be someone at the desk at 03:30 to check out. There was not so I put the key on the desk and caught my flight"

"Old building needing updates. Loud. Breakfast is poor. Restaurant is open odd hours.
Staff however were exceptional!

"We had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn in Scottsboro. The staff was fantastic, very friendly and helpful, truly going above and beyond to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. Our room was spotless, the breakfast was delicious (including some of the best biscuits I've had in a very long time), and the location is set away from the main road and thus quite peaceful. We would come back here in a heartbeat."
