"Everything was amazing. No problems. Didn't know we had wifi until we checked out. Didn't see the password inside the key card sleeve. And that coffee machine is amazing, I never drunk that many lattes. My cousin and I loved that machine. Need one in the rooms, Lol!! But overall amazing stay. We will be visiting again. Thank you all for the hospitality."

"We arrived about 2-3 hours early to the hotel - normal check in is at 4pm. In years past, we've always been able to get into a room when we arrive that early. According to the front desk (who was not very friendly), our rooms were not available - we reserved 3 rooms. The hotel was not full by any means. We were told that check in is at 4pm and we would need to wait until then. I asked if they are to be done earlier, if they could call us. That seemed like a big deal to the front desk, but they begrudgingly took my number. We had been traveling for 10 hours, we just wanted to relax! We did get a call that our room was ready, but it was a little bit passed 4pm. When we did check in again, we had different front desk personnel and they were a great help and better attitude!"
