Hotel would not honour the rate / amenities booked. At check-in informed they would not provide the amenities (game drive, afternoon tea each day) that were listed in the rate I booked. The manager blamed Expedia. The manger gave in partially and offered 1 x complimentary game drive, but this was not what we booked. Additional big negative. Room was also freezing. Asked for a blanket and told none were available - manager had an extra sheet delivered. We were told to wear more clothes if we were cold. On the positive side, the food was excellent. Would I stay here again - absolutely not.

The staff was top notch and made sure everything was taken care of for us and made the experience that much better. The property is located close to the park entrance which is very convenient. The sounds and feel are very connected to nature. I would highly recommend if you are in the area and plan on doing a safari.
