"I honestly don’t know where to begin with this hotel. The moment we pulled up, I had a feeling I had made the wrong choice booking it. "We were warmly welcomed by Sophia who was excellent in handling our check-in. We checked in bit late but nevertheless she was very helpful in giving us our keys very fast and guiding us to our room.
