"Hotel was beautifully clean, staff were very helpful Got down to breakfast just gone 10, was told no more hot food would be coming from the kitchen, there was no beans or mushrooms left, for many people that’s wouldn’t of been a problem but as I don’t eat flesh there really wasn’t a great deal more to eat, warmish scrambled egg on toast apart from that was a great stay, oh and the hotel is freezing so take a small heater or hot water bottle "

"We stayed at The Olde Bell for one night and we were very kindly given an upgrade to a gorgeous luxury room overlooking the lovely garden. The room was very spacious and nicely decorated with a free standing bath in the room as well as a large walk in shower in the bathroom. The staff were all very friendly, dinner was good and breakfast was fantastic. This is also such a good value historical hotel in a gorgeous village. We will definitely be back - this is our second stay. "

"I have to say, for the price I really didn't expect much. But the room was immaculately clean, water pressure and temp from the shower little short of EPIC and the bed was genuinely, the comfiest I've ever slept in! Thanks for accommodating my last minute need for a room for the night! I'll be back. There are many more expensive hotels in the area with facilities, but if you don't need an evening meal or an overpriced breakfast, this is without a doubt, the best cheaper end hotel not just in...
