"This is a great property. They have exhaust fans in the bathrooms, 24 hr airport shuttle and the little and big waffles! Four stars bc of the shower fixture - very little pressure. I think it was just one room tho- the sink pressure was fine."

"The room was clean, but the place is not for families. Not safe, door had been bashed in. Looks like people live there. Breakfast was freeze dried grits and water."

ON SUNDAY MORNING ONE STAFF TOLD MY WIFE AND ME WE COULD GET ANYTHING THAT WAS ALREADY OUT[ IT WAS EARLY 5- 10 MINUTES SOME PEOPLE WERE ALREADY EATING] I WAS LOOK AT THE SERVING AREA TO SEE WHAT WAS OUT ANOTHER STAFF TOLD ME TO WAIT THAT BREAKFAST DID NOT START UNTILL 7 AM SHE LEFT AND OTHER PEOPLE SHOWED UP AND STARTED EATING! I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THAT HOTEL!!"

"The staff were very accommodating. When we checked in, the front desk upgraded our room just because! She said she wanted to do that for us 😀. Our key card wasn’t working and in less than ten minutes, the employee on duty at the front desk came to assess the situation and had maintenance at our room in less than ten minutes to fix the issue. Very quiet, very clean, and comfortable beds! We will definitely book with Best Western in the future!"

"The pool was oily and needed cleaned the first night. Was better the second day. But the continental breakfast was absolutely terrible. Upon arrival, when I went to check-in, I had booked 2 rooms. The lady at the desk was very short and abrupt.When she couldn't find my oh, the room reservation told me very short to just cancel that that it was through expedia.She couldn't help me. Her attitude changed when the expedia.Gentlemen on speakerphone told her to look under the other confirmation...

"Only problem we had was no breakfast and the man that works night shift didn't make coffee. He acted like it was a problem and got a attitude if we asked for coffee in the mornings. He was rude and looked down his nose at customers. He was short and "smartassy" if he was asked anything. Our overall stay was pleasant and we were extremely satisfied with our room and the ladies that worked the front desk!!! "Everything is fine except the policy for deposit. If you stay over you must start over. They cannot transfer deposit from day to next day an must return your deposit then start over. If you are unfamiliar with this stupidity (this is not the desk person fault) it's confusing because it is not logical it is stupid. It is to bad to see a nice property get a bad rap because of upper mismanagement."
