"Hotel was meh. Room wasn’t the cleanest. Front desk staff was not welcoming. She was playing on her cell phone as I was asking questions. And was visibly annoyed that she had to help me. Hot tub was foamy and you had a weird film on your skin after. "

"Room and interior hallways up to date. Bathroom shower stall needs updating. Exterior of buildings need attention (siding peeling in places). Security? Door to outside is not locked- left open all night. When we arrived around 7PM, then we saw a gathering in the parking lot where guests park. There seemed to be a bbq going on with about 3-4 people with music (seemed to be a regular event??) - kind of weird for a guest to see and made us nervous. Parked far away from it. Breakfast was ok, not great. Overall, it's clean and quiet, so for the price, this is a great place, but don't expect a lot. "

"The lobby looks and smell great. The rooms are another story. The carpet is so dirty that I wouldn't let me daughter walk on in bare foot. The hair dryer didn't work. Shower kept going between hot and cold and I was only in for 10 minutes. They allowed other guests to have a bon fire right outside of our room. They were drinking so got excessively louder and would play music. They did nothing about it. It went on until midnight. I'm a single mom and did not feel comfortable saying anything about it. I would rather risk falling asleep behind the wheel than stay at this place ever again. Oh, I attached the wonderful greeting left for us when we arriving as well. "

"Lodge was amazing. Drove 1400 miles to stay here from South Texas. Already planning next year's trip. Will be back. Highly recommend this place. "
