"Everything was absolutely wonderful. It couldn’t have been any better, it far exceeded my expectations. Their breakfast that is included with fresh eggs and cinnamon rolls was fantastic but don’t forget about the snacks they have provided for you also. They came in handy with all of our hiking. I will definitely be staying with them again on my next stay."

"The room was not clean. There was hair in the shower and stains on the bed sheets. The room was also very noisy — I could hear guests upstairs walking around at all hours. I contacted the staff about the issue, but they were not very helpful. Breakfast was just okay, with very limited options, so we ended up stopping at coffee shops in Moab instead."

"This is the place to stay in La Verkin. No wasting time in lobbies waiting to check in. Drive right up to your unit at check in time and punch in your access code. It’s easy and super convenient. Also the view is beautiful."

"Room was dusty, sheets were dirty, carpet was full of dog hair, dried pee on the toilet and the room smelt musty. The parking lot was littered with trash and cigarettes butts everywhere. When we went to the front desk to bring these issues to their attention they gave us sheets and told us someone could go clean our room the next day. I asked for a discount for the inconvenience and they refused. We paid way too much for what we got."

"Good location to Zion and it wasn’t dirty which are the two things I cared about the most. Check in and out was easy. Parking was convenient. AC wasn’t the greatest. The bed was okay as the bed was super springy and the blankets were extremely thin. I wouldn’t rely on the hairdryer here as it hardly blew any air. However it was a cheap place to stay."

"This is a new and modern place. There are multiple units lined up in a row and all use a shared parking lot. Each unit is very well done. Very clean. Modern appliances. Full kitchen. Includes a generous snack box on the table. No required "chores" at checkout. There was one bedroom downstairs and 2 beds in the loft upstairs. The steps are very steep to the loft and the loft ceiling is quite low so adults basically have to crawl on hands and knees. There us a very clean pool and hot tub for...

"The curtains had holes in them. The bed was very uncomfortable and the sheets and blankets were old and thin. I feel bad with this review bc the owners were very nice. The rooms need updating. They also had a sign on the wall about if you didn't take your makeup off they would charge you for any stains. I find that so tasteless bc I had holes in my curtains. The shower soap was also watered down and the bar of soap was so tiny you wouldn't be able to use it more than 2 times. I didn't get any...

"Not necessarily a flashy place, but it gets the job done at a good price. Keep in mind that you're 40 minutes out from Zion and 13-16 minutes from most restaurants. For my stay, the key cards for the doors also did not work."
