"Everything was very clean and in good condition. The restaurant and bar were very good. Front desk staff was nice, but slow. We were there during the National Archery Tournament, and they were not prepared for as many people to be checking in at once that did and it took some of us almost an hour. There was no online check in available. It also took 3 calls over 2 days to get an extra blanket brought up to the room. Overall good stay. Just be prepared if you’re going on a busy weekend!"

"Rooms were clean, staff was ok. What’s good: breakfast, nice rooms, walking distance to 4th street live, and nice restaurants. What’s bad: no hot tub, parking is valet only, and $45 per 24 hrs. When I checked out, I was not offered a receipt, and have not been emailed one."

"No, only 1 bath towel for 2 people, bed was hard as a rock, no coffee maker in the room, there wasn't even a place to hang up our clothes and no place to put our suitcases but in the floor and the hairdryer didn't work hardly at all "

"The property is extremely outdated and poorly maintained. The buildings had a strong old, musty smell throughout, and there were visible leaks from the roof in multiple areas. The overall cleanliness of the property was disappointing. Everything felt dirty, dingy, and neglected."

"Clean and the staff was very nice and accommodating. Hotel is dated and right next to a very loud highway. Traffic noise 24/7. Very expensive during Derby! Probably will stay elsewhere next trip. "
