The staff and room was great, beds were comfy, room was nice! My biggest complaints are the pool. We brought our kids to omaha for the Zoo so we wanted a place with a pool. Breakfast buffet was nice. Beds were meh. Wayyyyy to soft no support. Elevator didn't open all the way so that was kind of weird.
