"I stayed in a room with a king size bed which was as very comfortable.
The breakfast buffet was very nice.
All the staff were very friendly and one young lad who was training to work on the front desk, helped me with my check in and showed and helped me down some steps to my room with my suitcase and bags.
Unfortunately, I didn’t get time to use the facilities this time but I have used them many times in the past and enjoyed them."

"Was such a poor experience we decided not to stay there when we arrived back in Manchester as originally planned. We drove back to Glasgow arriving home at 5AM rather than stay. I think that says it all"

"This was our second time in the hotel. We asked for the same room (in advance) and we got it . I wish there was air conditioning in the rooms. I love the little tea room with daily cake! It makes me feel like on a skiing holiday in a chalet"

"Very convenient to T2 if stuck in Manchester Airport. Basic room. Smallish and very firm double bed. Had tea making facilities in room. Dispensary machine for sandwiches downstairs needs improvement as door was sticking making us all look like fools trying to operate it."
