"If I could rate this a 0 I would. Place smelled like cigarettes and weed even though there are no smoking signs everywhere. Asked to be moved and the desk said it smells like that everywhere. People in the lobby during check in were talking about selling drugs and asking people if they wanted drugs. Guy at desk did not acknowledge it. TV and wifi did not work. Also a blanket on the bed had a giant red stain and we folded it and put it in the closet. After checking out we were accused of stealing...

"Came to Rhinebeck for a family reunion and really just needed a home base to shower/sleep and change clothes. I have stayed in many high end hotels in my travels so after reading some of the reviews I came prepared. Brought my own shampoo, conditioner and bath soap. I checked in at the Beekman Arms property 1/2 mile away and that went smoothly, recieved my room key and drove back to the motel. You can park right in front of your room. "Everything was ok and very nice. Loved the setup the rustic look. Everything was clean and beautiful. Breakfast was of good qlaytit and served well in a nice beautiful setting .. Only issue we faced in the overnight taya was that the hot water was broken. They promptly called the bldganagement to fix it. However we had to leave and took shower in luck warm water. Will stay again and will recommend . Must visit and stay if you come this way"

"The pool was closed, along with the restaurant, which we were not aware of. When we walked the trails to sit at a scenic location, branches and shrubs blocked our view. When we showered, there was half empty bottles of body wash, shampoo and other showering necessities. This was $600 a night. Totally not worth it at this time."

"The only truth that's represented in their offering online is the beautiful location beyond that the quarters are not suitable nor appropriate to what they're claiming or particular charging to stay there. This is not being properly presented online and really should be removed from the site until such time they deliver what they claim.
