Nice hotel in a quiet locality

The hotel is quite nice. It is well maintained and clean. The staff are courteous. The food is quite good and tasty.

Poor services and poor communications!!!!!

Overall, the hotel was great except the services peopl are what I had the problem with. They do not speak English or Hindi the main language of the country, I endup most of the time calling the reception to ask for the services I needed. Also, when I booked the room, Hotels.com said the hotel provides free WiFi and breakfast. Well the wifi was true but I endedup paying the 10 days of what is supposed to be free breakfast.

3 days in Hyderabad

we arrived very late and went to bed. On waking we found, only one towel and one bottle for two people.The bathroom was raised some 10 or 12 ins and it was quite dangerous as one could easily slip and hurt oneself. There was nowhere to put anything. the room was tiny, nowhere to put suitcase. view out of window was of rubbish and brown trees full of dust. Very noisy Ac. We requested for a change of room which was much better - bigger and better bathroom. Staff were good. Overall we had a good visit and value for money. Hyderabad could easily be a world city, needs clean up and traffic control.

Enjoyable stay at bangalore

Pleasant stay. Road no 10 on banjara road. Posh locality. Very easily reachable from nampally railway station. Told the driver to take me to Road no 10. And climb the second left on the road to the doorstep of the hotel. Early checkin. Good service and people at the reception.

Images are out of touch with reality

Mr. Satya and Mr. Jagdeesh were courteous and polite. Beds were comfortable and quiet, bathrooms clean with all amenities. Would help if the fridge was plugged in prior to our arrival. Variety of TV programming. There are about 20-25 guest houses in the area and for the price paid this was an acceptable property. Staff were courteous from the reception, security, aroma restraunt, housekeeping. There was some confusion with a hotel.com booking where I paid for a breakfast included rate but the hotel insisted it was a room only rate. After validating my booking with Mr. Satya he did the required to ensure breakfast was included. Why would you attempt to charge me when trip advisor lists this property as breakfast included. This concern was addressed professionally. We were accomodated for an early checking which we appreciated. On our day of checkout we spend extended time waiting in the lobby for our infant to wake up. Mr. Satya was courteous enough to ask us if were needed a room for a few hours or any drinks. This was appreciated.

great for travelers on a budget

The best value for your money- I've found that in India, you shouldn't look for better deals or more value, lest you be screwed. Nice big rooms with decent amenities and intelligent staff. Terrible Indian disinfectant smell, but that's the only big problem. Certainly one of the nicer neighborhoods in Hyderabad.

More of a serviced apartment than a hotel.Pricey!Proximity to Banjara hills is definitely a plus!
