"The man who checked us in was pleasant and kind. He had to deal with a man who was lingering outside the hotel & kept coming in. The area around the hotel didn't feel the safest. Our room was loud, we could hear music from the casino close by, doors constantly slamming and I don't know if it was a car backfiring or gun shots that we heard a few times. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. We didn't really sleep bc of all the noise. I wouldn't stay here again bc of the area and the fact...

"Every single thing they offer was broken or out of order. No indoor pool. No laundry. No fitness center. The hot breakfast that they advertise online and literally on the sign out front of the hotel is simply a waffle maker. Everything else was cold breakfast. Knockoff cheerios and frosted flakes. "Had to move rooms because shower head was pouring out water from the wall at 4 am in the morning. Room we were moved into had issues with shower pressure and temperature, thought it was going to stall mid shower. Staff was very sweet and helpful, room was clean."

"The property was clean and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was well done and offered a lot of breakfast choices. The lobby offers 24-hour coffee and tea which is a nice touch. Overall, a nice stay and I would recommend to travelers."

"Pristine room with comfortable pillow-top beds and obvious new room amenities such as touch-lamps, keurig machine, many charge outlets, and provided full-sized soap/shampoo/conditioner. Delicious breakfast buffet including cinnamon buns, turkey sausage, greek yogurts, fruit juices, eggs options and freshly ground coffee bar!"

"Not as expected. Very out dated more like a motel. Will not book again and don’t recommend. Although staff was very kind and respectful but again the inside of the building, hallways and room was NOT up to date and VERY creepy. Giving a motel vibe. The outside of the building is well kept which is deceiving. Inside needs a lot of work."

"Well for starters the door was left unlocked from parking lot so there were a few unsavory people squatting in the stairwell. Apparently there are people actually living here. Carpets were filthy, microwave did not work .Thick sheet of dirty dust on telephone and dressers as well as all other prices of furniture. Bed sheets had strands of hair in bed. "
