"Hotel appeared understaffed. Toilet near the pool was very dirty.pool bar closed . Only warm water available to buy at dinner.2 euro charge per pool towel! Never experienced charge other than deposit at hotel! Staff on reception did not want to answer questions , directed me to app on more than one occasion . Room was very clean Dining area littered with dirty plates big queue for slow entry. Food was good at dinner average at breakfast."

"From Check in to Check out, everything was amazing. Staff were very polite, helpful and welcoming. We paid half board and have no complaints with the food service, lots of options and different cultural food on the menu. Staff were also amazing and very efficient whilst dining. The rooms were cleaned everyday and again Staff were very pleasant and ensured the service was excellent. We changed hotel last minute from H10 to Hotel Belvedere and we are glad we did. "Fantastic hotel. Friendly staff. Excellent rooms modern decor. Clean throughout. Great pool. Entertainment good the guy who does it works his socks off. Ideal location. House keeping every day. Not far from beach lots amazing restaurants nearby. Highly recommend"

"Excellent location. It needs a general renovation; it's a bit old, but everything works, and the park is a 5-minute walk away."

"Dirty marks on walls and around doors that I repeatedly complained about 3 days in a row but nothing has been done and no apology. So called fresh towels had bugs on them, took out the room to replace with staff, again no apology. Food quality and service needs improvement. On a positive note the view from the room was stunning."

"The breakfast was fantastic and the price we paid for the overall package was incredible. Only issues is as we booked the hotel roulette we weren’t told which hotel we were staying at out of the onsite hotels at the park so we had to work it out for ourselves. We also booked a triple room which said 3 single beds but it was a double and a single, being told they don’t do triple rooms. Apart from that I can not fault it."

We relied a call 2nd morning from reception, we would like you to move to their sister hotel the Augustus across the road basically they were asking as they had lots of school kids for the next 5 days and the place would be loud . So we moved to the 4 star hotel great hotel to excellent for foods and staff ,Cambrills is a lovely place to"
