"Excellent service and a beautiful hotel. Good location, close to the Botanical Garden and a 5 minute walk to the mall. Great staff that fixed everything you asked for. Nice bar area with excellent food and drinks at a reasonable price. The only complain that I had was at the breakfast were the juice machine made some undrinkable juice. "

"I requested Travelio for WiFi in the room and toilet roll but no response at all. The light at the table was not blown but not replaced. No one came to do housekeeping during 3 days stay."

"Poor value and definitely long overdue due for renovations. Far out of the way and generally clean and tidy but rundown and way overpriced compared to what else is on offer. Pool water and area were not inviting. Even the Nasi Goreng was overpriced and about as small a serve and basic as they come. I ordered the special. I can’t imagine how they come standard. "Spa!? What spa? There was no one around when i arrived. The bathroom was mouldy, hairs on the sheets that smelt unwashed. Beetles and ants all over the floor. The room swarming in mosquitos. Peple talking loudly all manner of the night right outside my door! Not impressed "
