"Our stay was amazing but our check-in was terrible. An Indian guy did our check in at the hotel. His name is “Rusho” or “Rushi” something like that. He was extremely rude. Not helpful and was stressing us out. He don’t even answers any of our questions properly and just wants to finish the check in as early as possible so that he can sit in the back office and play phone. "This Marriott did not disappoint. The rooms were beautiful, clean and well appointed. Elevators, corridors, lounge were all well maintained and inviting. We enjoyed our stay 100%."

"great location right next to a main highway if you don't wanna stay in Toronto. close to a grocery store and lots of restaurants. self parking is available for free and room service is done daily which for us with an infant was really helpful. a bar, small cafe and a good pizza place are all in the property. all in all it was good for the price 👍"

"My room did not have any towels or wash cloths. I called down to the desk and requested four of each be sent to the room but only one set was sent. Also, the listing for this hotel stated "breakfast included"; however, when I arrived at the hotel, I was told that it was not included but available and it would be a $28 charge per person if I wanted breakfast. "Food was absolute zero, not something I looked forward to, disposable paper plates provided if you want, I don’t want to imagine taking cereal in a disposable paper plate or making kids take cereal in that kind of plate. The room is simply bare, the bathroom door will not open entirely as it is leaning on the toilet seat 😂 and a lot more but I will stop at less !"
