"We got the two double beds room at the top floor so not sure if this applies to all rooms, but it was relatively clean. Bathroom was renovated and modern styling. Bedroom is clean but you can certainly tell it's on top of "old bones".
The front desk staff lady was super lovely I would come back just to be helped by her as well as the good price.
No breakfast but have coffee/juice in the AM. Don't be shy to ask for help as the staff is very courteous.
Parking is just outside ala motel like."

"very dirty, not well maintained, old. TV didn't work, AC was struggling, bath was dripping and it wouldn't stop no matter what I tried. Bed sheets had tons of burn marks, weird stains. Only positive thing about this place was the staff who was at least a little friendly. Even at this price, not worth it, go somewhere else. My hair and clothes were smelling like cigarettes has to wash them like 5 times before the smell was gone even though I picked a non smoker room. Bed wasn't particularly...

"We booked this motel because of the pictures showing river view, but inly few rooms have river view at the back. The room is quite dated, but the bed and towels were clean. The internet was almost none existent, we could not watch anything on TV. We did have agood night sleep, there is hot water. There is no coffee machine. There is a fridge and micro. Overall ok motel for a quick stop. There are some nice restaurants and riverfront in town."
