"Lovely hotel and lovely breakfast buffet. So convenient having lockers to store stuff in if you’re early! Only things I would say are house keeping start cleaning rooms early- rooms aren’t sound proof so if they’re in a neighbouring room, you will hear them talking and banging the beds around during cleaning. Hotel can order taxis but they’re not exclusive use of hotel, nor do the hotel know when they’re going to turn up. There’s a taxi rank directly outside where they stop but if anyone is...

"The room smelled so foul us and the staff agreed we couldn’t stay in the room. We checked in at 1am but there was not other available rooms so was only offered a refund and had to then go find an alternative hotel"

"The night manager who welcomed us in the early hours of 18th July was very helpful and took care of us after the long journey. Pool bar team and food excellent. Restaurant staff were excellent but the food selection was a little disappointing. Transfers to and from the airport booked through Expedia failed to deliver and ruined part of the holiday for us. We were abandoned at the airport on arrival after flight delay and had to book a rental car as huge taxi queue. Then had to return the car...
