"Overall nice but aging hotel. Very good breakfast. Nice sea view. Upsetting was that all rooms are actually twin beds (not mentioned at booking) and the hotel refuses to make double beds with double bed sheets !"

"Terrible experience from check-in to check-out. I paid extra for a Junior Suite with Pool View, but was initially given a room overlooking the parking garage with only the tops of pool umbrellas visible. This was not what was advertised. My booking showed 18 photos of the room I paid for, none of which resembled the room we received. When I questioned it, the front desk said, "The pictures are just pictures," and claimed the hotel was fully booked. After I insisted this was false advertising...
