"The first room we got was building 1, farthest away from lobby. The wifi never reached there. Upon our arrival it smelled like mildew, they was a hair in tub and on the bed, and you couldn’t walk on floor with out feet being covered. All seemed to indicate room wasn’t cleaned prior (it was 6:30 pm at this point). They weren’t able to switch us to another room that night, however, after connecting with the manager the next morning, she was helpful and gave us a different room but won’t be ready...

"I would not recommend this hotel. During our stay, two friends briefly accompanied us to our room for less than five minutes. We were unaware of the hotel’s visitor policy because it had not been clearly communicated to us beforehand. Instead of calmly explaining the policy, a security employee repeatedly knocked loudly, raised his voice, and opened our room door without receiving permission while my friend was getting dressed. Although we explained that she needed a moment, the interaction...

"El staff siempre fue muy amable, es un lugar ubicado muy central a playas, olds town, clubs, y mucha variedad de restaurantes. Nos encanto y volveremos! Gracias"

"Perfect for a short stay. Very clean. Great air con in the rooms and super powerful shower. No extra amenities no pool. But would 100% rate to others I’d tour not at the hotel during the day."
