The staff was so efficient in solving my needs, service was one of the quickest I’ve ever had. Everyone was kind, helpful and went above the requirements I needed as a guest. "The check in process was smooth, the attendant was very attentive anr kind. However, The property needs some work, the jacuzzi doesnt have hot water as a jacuzzi should, temperature was cold. There are no towels around the jacuzzi unless you request them at the lobby prior to using the jacuzzi. The towels in the rooms had hairs in them, and some stains. The rooms get cleaned daily but only to take trash out, housekeeping doesnt broom. The hotel needs better attention to cleaning details. The hot water in the room runs out after the second person showers so if you got more than two ppl and like hotwater then you need to wait an hour for hot water again in the shower. Didnt get to use the pool bar as it was closed when I was at the pool."

"Our stay at The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel - Ushuaïa Club entrance included was extremely disappointing, especially considering this was our honeymoon. The most serious issue was a dangerous safety incident: the shower glass door suddenly shattered without any external force, causing cuts and injuries to my hands and legs. This was extremely distressing and completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. What made the situation worse was the hotel staff’s response. There was clear confusion among the team about how to handle the incident, causing delays at a time when immediate support was needed. At first, we were even told that if we needed hospital treatment, we would have to pay ourselves. Only after internal discussions did staff seem to understand their own procedures. Room cleanliness and housekeeping were also below expectations. Used dishes were left in the room, items were not properly replaced, and overall maintenance did not reflect the quality expected from a premium hotel. We had traveled all the way from Canada on a 15-hour flight for this trip, and due to the injuries and pain, we were unable to continue our plans and missed the opening event at Hï Ibiza, which was one of the main reasons for our visit. Although the room was eventually changed, the overall handling of the situation left us feeling unsupported. This incident significantly affected our trip and what should have been a special experience. Very disappointing overall."

"Property seemed in its infancy a lot you expect just wasn’t there. No phone line to call reception, no shower gel in the shower it’s outside the shower, none of the food is labelled etc. Nice hotel but the sandy beach is smelly and black sand and there is nothing local at all"
