The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming - greeting you when entering and leaving. "The hotel is in an excellent location right in the city centre – extremely central and very convenient for exploring the area on foot. The room itself was okay and overall modern and nicely designed. However, our room did not have a balcony and was rather small, which can feel a little cramped during a longer stay.
