The property was in great disrepair. Room was very dirty including windows, bathroom (cracks, dirt, hair), broken closet doors. Outside the pool was dry and in disrepair, and even the flags flying were tattered and torn to shreds. This property needs some work to live up to its online pictures. After seeing the room, we booked a different hotel and checked out.

The way this hotel is advertised on Expedia is a 3 star stay. This hotel is a 1-1.5 stars at best. To be quite frank this hotel is outdated, dirty and the room I was assigned showed its age. The bathroom itself was enough for me to check in and check right back out. The beds seemed clean, but I had a twin and my friend was given a full size which again was advertised as 2 doubles when I booked, the front desk barely spoke to me at check in and just handed me an old key card. This hotel desperately needs a renovation from the ground up- also, the pool they advertise, NOT in commission. Do not always believe the advertised pictures.

입실 시 예약확인 안됨

예약상황이 확인되지 않아서 입실하지 못하고 로비에 대기해야 했습니다. 예약하고 메일로 받은 일정번호를 알려주어도 호텔에서는 확인이 안되더군요. 호텔스닷컴 문제인지 호텔 내부 예약관리의 문제인지 모르겠지만, 늦은시간 고객불편에 대한 응대가 많이 부족해보입니다.

너무 오래된 호텔이라 칙칙함과 냄새는 조금 났지만 교통이 좋아서 선택하게된 숙소입니다 프론트에 안내해 주는 여직원의 머리와 복장이 불량했고,티비가 안나와서 콜을 했더니 결국 오지 않더라구요 덕분에 일찍 취침했습니다

우선 낡은건 이해할 수 있지만 관리가 정말 너무 안되어있습니다. 화장실이랑 객실사이에 유리창은 거기서 무슨 짓을 했는지 손바닥 자국이 많이 나있고 너무 더러웠습니다. 화장실 슬라이딩 도어도 고장나서 닫히지않고 활짝 열려버리고 침대 매트리스도 진짜 너무 심한 상태.. 에어컨도 내 마음대로 온도 조절할 수 없고 중앙냉방식이라 하고 객실내 커튼, 바닥 먼지가 먼지가.....

화장실 청결상태가 너무 최악이였습니다.

진짜 제가 왠만하면 이런 후기 안남기는데요, 화장실이 여태 제가 호텔 숙박하면서 너무 최악이였어요 변기가 청소한지가 너무 오래되었는지 곰팡이하며, 찌른내하면 진짜 솔직히 집 너무 가고싶었습니다. 샤워도 정말 하고싶지 않았어요, 욕조 상태하며 어쩜이럴수가 있나싶었어요~ 그리고 타요 캐릭터룸 이용했는데, 침구상태가 너무 깜짝놀랬어요,, 여기 정말 청소 안하나봐요 ㅠ 건물자체가 오래되서 냄새! 네~ 이해할수있습니다. 근데 청소안하는건 정말 못참아요 스파는 그냥저냥 건물 오래되서 벽 시멘트 다 벗겨진거 빼고 괜찮았는데, 남편은 락카며 샤워실이며 너무 더러웠다고 하더라구요~ 청소만 깨긋이 하면 사람들한테 추천하고 자주 이용할거 같은데, 너무 더러워요~ 냄새도 너무 쾌쾌하고,, 후기보니까 더럽다는 평을 봤었는데 딱 맞는말이였네요 ㅠ

연식은 다소 있어 낡아보였지만 썩어도 준치라고 이천의 관광호텔답게 관리가 잘 되어있었고 침구도 깨끗하고 냄새도 안났다. 직원들도 친절하였고 온천수가 공급되서 샤워후 피부도 좋아진 것 같았다. 담배냄새도 없었고 객실도 넓은 편으로 일부 리모델링도 되어 있어 불편한 점 없이 잘 쉬고 갔다. 대실운영하는 인근의 모텔들 보다 쾌적하고 좋았다.

워터파크는 대만족

워터파크내 워터슬라이드가 다양해서 초등저학년 아이들이 너무 좋아해요. 워터파크는 만족스럽지만 객실은 청소상태가 불만족스럽고 난방이 중앙난방이라 환절기에 여성분들은 좀 추울수 있어요.
