"Hotel isn’t far from the station, hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating, they even recommended a place for udon and tonkatsu and it was simply delicious. The only downside of the hotel is that there isn’t a wardrobe and there were only 2 hangers provided. "The male manager was very polite, helpful, and patient even after a long day getting lost trying to find the hotel and though I put a special request in I never gotten a respond back from the hotel. "This is the BEST hotel in Seoul. The hospitality is like none other that we have experienced before. Better than Josun Palace with hospitality. The decor flowed with purpose through the hotel into your suite. It wasn’t overly done with every surface, feature. It presented calm and serenity. Love that our suite was above the clouds. We would just watch the clouds go by each day and night. Staff… if any hotel could have the quality of Signiel, they would be a success from the doormen to the room service. We will definitely be coming back and modeling our hotel hospitality with Signiel’s. Six star hotel for sure."
