The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the family room worked perfectly for us with lots of space. Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely come back."

"It is in the worst part of town with drug and prostitutes in and out. There were drug dealing going on in the parking lot. I would never stay there and when I called Hotels.com they weren’t going to refund my money until I spoke to the woman at the front desk. I told hotels.com that it was pretty sad that they don’t inspect the hotels on their site and that this is not the first time i have had a problem. Very disappointed in this site and the hotel. "

"The neighborhood is homeless and thug infested. Loud talking and loud cars all night long! Laundry room is only amenity I saw but didn't use. Felt unsafe there. the rooms have old furniture and cheap towels that are rough on the skin. I had to request a small refrigerator and microwave that were in the pictures of the rooms but not in mine! Would never stay here again."
