"Pros: The lobby areas are updated and they look quite nice. Convenient location. Cons: Unfortunately, our rooms were not as nice. Our bathroom was not clean, and we had to move. The gym had plenty of machines however, the floor was completely ruined and buckling (tripping hazard), and also missing in many places around the edges. "1. Check in was smooth. 2. The description for the bar/restaurant was misleading. It was a small bistro that had wasn't open at most of our wknd stay. 3. Not much to choose from for breakfast. Just burrito, breakfast bowl, or breakfast bagle with bacon, which was made to order. 4. Housekeeping never came to clean room. We had to call front desk each day for towels/wash clothes 5. Valet was $30/day but only operates from 6AM to 12AM. If u move your car after those after hours, u would have to...

"We were first shown a room where the bathroom hadn't been cleaned, towels all over the floor, etc. Just very obvious. We switched rooms. The young man on shift that night (it was after midnight) was very helpful. The next day we went to a concert and came back in a wave. About 25 people stood in the lobby for nearly an hour waiting on someone to help us with a variety of things. Some people were trying to check in, some just wanted a towel, some needed a pillow, some wanted to purchase snacks....

"Great clean large suite. 2 queens and a sofa bed. Mini fridge, microwave, usual amenities. Ice only on lobby and 5th floors but not an issue. Small sundry area by check in area. Large breakfast area with small and large waffles and everything else. Juices, coffee, different stuff. Eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage and bacon, etc. friendly staff."

"Many things about the property were not as promised. For example, the ice machine and washing machine did not work at all. Communication with the host was opaque. They sent all Expedia messages as attachments. The checkout instructions were inaccurate. I brought all issues to attention of the host but they never resolved any of them."

"This was our 2nd stay. The (2) ladies who checked us IN were extremely off-putting and not at all helpful explaining why we didn’t get the room we’d hoped for.
