"Room 225 had 2 lamps which did not work, in addition the tub/shower hot-cold valve does not provide cold water, it was always hot, needs to be repaired. The mineral pools are plenty and available 2 hours. The onsite restaurant was very good. Would I stay there again? Yes but on the ground floor."

"Staff did not fulfill any basic requests I asked for in advance: for the sofa bed to be prepared as a bed before check-in and for extra towels to be added to our room. I made multiple requests, no acknowledgment or apology from staff for not addressing the asks. I also noticed an incorrect $126 charge on my bill at checkout - front desk clerk told me, “well, stuff happens, I’ll take it off your bill.” Again, no apology, or acknowledgment that should t have happened. Poor guest services in general."
