"Clean room with friendly staff. We really appreciated the filtered water and ice on each floor so we could refill our own water bottles. Delicious breakfast with fresh fruits, salads and made-to-order hot dishes with meats and eggs. Muy bueno!! In a great part of the city with lots to do and see (parks, street fairs, etc.) Yes, it can get loud, especially as it did during the World Cup, but the room was remarkably quiet. Not bad at all!"

"Overall the stay was great. Didn’t spend much time in the room as we were there for the World Cup action. But when we did, we noticed a few things about our dual bed room. One the tv did not work, the bathroom did not feel private as the high ceiling was connected to the outside, and the room safe didn’t actually work. The beds were very comfortable, the shower was perfect, the staff was super helpful, and the overall feel of the hotel was very welcoming."

"Friendly, kind, and helpful staff. Good sense of humor and very attentive. Breakfast was delicious. Twice the wait staff was a bit slow, however, very kind, apologetic and quick once their attention was called. The whole place was very clean. The Catedral room was amazing!"
