"I had a great experience during my stay! The staff was very friendly, and the doorman kindly helped with my luggage from a distance, since taxis have to stop about half a block away—the hotel is located on a pedestrian street. The lounge area was a nice bonus, always stocked with desserts and drinks, and perfect for relaxing or having a conversation. Overall, a warm and welcoming place. Highly recommended!"

"The property was clean and close to every thing. The staff was very friendly helpful and would help with everything we needed.
My only complaint was that the kitchen had very little in it. Of course we could ask and they would get what we needed but i hate asking all the time. The kitchen needs to be stocked with what is needed. "

"My go to hotel when laying over or visiting CDMX. The hotel offers a full spa, sauna, steam room and lap pool.
On site restaurants are wonderful and the historic city center is walking distance. Excellent front desk reception, bell hops, room service and very secure."
"The box beds are great, really secure. They also have lots of daily walking tours and activities. The main downside is you need the window open and the street is noisy. This didn’t bother me but if you need quiet, this wouldn’t be it. I loved my stay and would love to go back."
"Stayed here with my family back in March and the hotel is pretty centrally located. Ubers were a quick call away and it was pretty close to many dining options, mercados, etc. There's street vendors in the evening right outside the left side of the hotel that sell everything from snacks, souvenirs, clothing, etc. The indoor pool was nice and clean and hotel was pretty quiet, good to stay with little kids. Would definitely recommend this hotel."
