"I had a very bad experience here. The tv in my room was not working so I called up the receptionist in the afternoon, and when I came back at night I called them up again and they said there was no technician available. When I asked for the managers number they said he will call me back but I haven’t received any call as of now. Very poor and disappointing customer service, wouldn’t recommend any one to stay here."

"We had such a nice stay! Perfect location, indoor pool was great! What really made this perfect though was the staff at the front! They went above and beyond for us! Shoutout to Melanie and Mia. They made our stay 10/10. So lovely, we will definitely be back!"

"The lady checking us in was kind. The pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance which is the only reason we even booked this hotel. The room was older and worn down. My husband had his arm cut open on the door frame when leaving this morning. The back elevator was super small, and not easy to find. The breakfast was great though and the morning staff were extremely kind and helpful!"

"After 9 years of traveling to Seattle from Pasadena, I have finally happened upon the most peaceful and convenient place to spend the night. The pool is surrounded by pine trees. No neighbor noise at all. Yet, it's right off the 5. It's only 7 rooms, lodge-like, separated into a group of 3 and 4. Only complaint is that the air conditioner was a little loud, because I'm sensitive to that. Wish I could've opened the windows. Also, I always bring my own thin pillow, because I hate big,...

"This is your basic cheapest room you could possibly get. There was a strange white stain on the chair we stayed in. The shower was not very clean. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The only plus is that the morning Breakfast was really good."
