Fantastic location. Easy to walk to Nagano station. Easy walk to Zenkoji. It is a Japanese hotel so it is a small room. Don't expect western size. No issues with it at all.

Hotel Metropolitan Nagano is directly connected from Nagano Station which is a gateway to lots of sightseeing spots. Service was impeccable, breakfast abundant and scrumptious, location so central to shopping and dining. The only thing I wish this hotel would have is a spa with public bath/sauna. ...

Chisun Grand Nagano
Clean room with large size. Staff were friendly. Support for luggage forwarding was not as seamless as other hotels: the staff did not assist in calling ahead to the destination, and there was a waybill printer malfunction that staff did not seem to know how to resolve.

Toyoko Inn Nagano-eki Higashi-guchi
Overall nice stay at this Toyoko inn the front desk staff were exceptionally helpful in having an item we left at another hotel delivered to us, special thanks. Breakfast staff very efficient and helpful.
